These contest rules are specific to the above contest conducted by Entercom Milwaukee, LLC d/b/a WSSP (collectively, the “Station”). Except to the extent specifically set forth below with respect to this specific contest, the Station’s general contest rules apply to this contest as well. A copy of these specific contest rules and the Station’s general contest rules are available at the Station’s studio at 11800 W. Grange Avenue, Hales Corners, WI 53130 during regular business hours and on the contest page on the Station’s website at sportsradio1250.com. To the extent that the general contest rules differ from these rules, these rules will govern and control with respect to this Contest.
Who Can Enter: How to Enter
1. Contest is open to Wisconsin residents ages 16 and over by date of their entry.
2. Entercom Milwaukee, LLC d/b/a Sportsradio 1250 (“Station”) will require proof of residency, identification and social security number prior to receiving prize.
3. Employees of the Station, its parent, subsidiaries, (“Sponsor”) Milwaukee World Festival, Inc., Summerfest, sponsors of Summerfest, Adonis Limousine and Coach, CBS 58, affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, any other Milwaukee area radio stations and the immediate family and other household members (i.e., spouses, parents, grandparents, children, grandchildren, roommates, housemates, significant others, partners, and siblings) of each of the above are NOT eligible to enter and/or to win.
4. Contest is open to anyone who has not won anything over a $100.00 value from the Station in the last 30 days.
Entry/Winning
5. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
Those wishing to participate (each an “Entrant” and collectively “Entrants”) can either: (1) attend “Summerfest”, June 26 - July 6, 2008 and register-to-win at the Sportsradio 1250 tent between the hours of Noon- 10pm (the Sportsradio 1250 logo’ed tent will be located near the Hole-in-One near the south gate of Summerfest, located at Henry Maier Festival Park, Milwaukee, WI) or (2) enter by mail, by sending in a 3" x 5" card with your full legal name, home address, and home telephone number with area code to WSSP/WI Lottery, 11800 West Grange Avenue, Hales Corners, WI 53130. Limit of one (1) entry per outer postmarked envelope. Entry must include full legal name, address, city, state, zip, daytime telephone number and age. Mail in entries must be received no later than Thursday, July 3rd by 5:00pm. No mechanically reproduced entries permitted. Entries are the sole property of the Station and shall not be acknowledged or returned.
6. One entry per person. Multiple entries will be disqualified.
Prize(s)
7. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded that includes: (4) four tickets to see the Milwaukee Brewers take on the Washington Nationals on Saturday, August 9, 2008 at 6:05pm at Miller Park in Milwaukee, WI and limousine ride directly to/from winners house to/from Miller Park courtesy of Adonis Limousine and Coach; (2) two tickets to the The Color Purple at the Marcus Center on August 12, 2008 couresty of CBS 58. (ARV= $842.00).
8. Station will conduct a random drawing of all eligible entries at approximately noon on Monday, July 7, 2208. The Station will notify Grand Prize Winner by phone. The lack of a working telephone number will automatically disqualify any Entrant. Grand Prize Winner will be required to pick up prize from the Station’s studios located at 11800 W. Grange Avenue, Hales Corners, WI 53130 between the hours of 8am-5pm (Mon, Tues), 8am-7pm on Wed, sign a Participant Release and present a valid state issued picture ID and a Social Security Card in order to claim and receive their Grand Prize. Failure to pick up prize from Station’s studios within 30 days from date awarded, refusal to present the required documentation, or refusal to sign a Participant Release form will result in forfeiture of such Grand Prize. If Grand Prize Winner forfeits the Grand Prize, the Grand Prize Winner will be removed from the Contest and an alternate Grand Prize Winner will be selected through another random drawing of all remaining eligible entries. The Station will then contact the selected alternate Grand Prize Winner by phone and the selected alternate Grand Prize Winner must comply with all of the requirements as set forth in this paragraph 9 and in these rules.
9. Prize will be released to Grand Prize Winner only. Grand Prize Winner is required to present a valid state photo ID and social security number in order to pick up any prize. Grand Prize Winner is required to sign a Release relieving the Station, the Company, its parents, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents and contest sponsors from any and all liability with respect to the contestant's participation in the contest and the receipt and/or use of the prize. Any person who refuses to sign the Release and/or provide a social security number will forfeit the Grand Prize.
Other Rules Specific to This Contest
11. The Station is not responsible for any entries that are misdirected, lost, stolen, not received, or are illegible. The Station not responsible for any printing errors. All entries become the property of the Station and will not be acknowledged or returned. Entries received that are mutilated, tampered with, illegible, or from ineligible Entrants will be void. Entries that are determined by Station to be fraudulent will be void and the person making such an entry barred from further participation in the Contest. Incomplete entries may be disqualified in Station’s sole discretion.
12. By participating in the contest, Entrants consent to the Station, and their affiliates, employees, agents and all other related sponsors using for advertising and/or other promotional purposes, without additional compensation, all contestants' and winners', image, voice and/or biographical information on radio or TV broadcasts, newspaper advertisements and/or any other medium in connection with the Entrant’s participation with the contest.
13. The Station is not responsible for any agreements, with others as a result of winning, using, or reusing the stated prize(s).
14. The Station and other participating Sponsors and their associated companies and sponsors accept no responsibility of liability in connection with any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by or resulting from (a) participation in the contest and/or (b) the acceptance, possession and/or use of any prize awarded hereunder. In addition, the winner in this contest will be required to sign a Participant/Winner Release Form to collect their prize. Failure or refusal to sign such release form will result in forfeiture of prize.
15. The Station reserves the right to terminate or declare this contest null and void and rescind any contest awards if in sole judgment, the rules or the integrity of this contest have been violated or compromised in any way, intentionally or unintentionally by any person whether or not a participant in this contest.
16. The Station reserves the right to alter or amend contest rules at any time.
17. Additionally, the Station reserves the right to stop or conclude any contest at any time without prior notice.
18. Winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and will receive a 1099 misc. form for tax purposes if their total prize winnings in one calendar year exceed $600.00.
19. Prize is nontransferable, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be sold or auctioned off for cash or for charity. The Station reserves the right to replace the prize with another of equal value should any unforeseen circumstances occur.
20. The Station management shall be the sole arbiters in all matters relating to the contest and the interpretation of contest rules. The decisions of the Station shall be final and non-appealable. Entry into Station contests constitutes agreement by contestants to abide by these rules.
21. All federal, state and local laws and restrictions apply. This contest is void where prohibited.

All requests for winner lists must be mailed to address above in a SASE c/o WSSP/Summerfest and received by the Station after the contest is over but prior to 4 months after the contest has been concluded
23. Station’s general contest rules apply to the extent that they are consistent with these rules. If any inconsistencies exist, then these individual Contest rules will govern and control.
